Email Newsletter & E-Blast Copywriter for Club Pilates Studios

Part-Time Freelance | Approximately 10-15 Hours/Month | Ongoing We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented email marketing copywriter and content creator to support the monthly email marketing for multiple Club Pilates studios in the Chicago area. This is an ongoing freelance opportunity for someone who is an excellent copywriter, understands email marketing, can quickly learn and match an established brand voice, and knows how to make promotional content feel fun, fresh, engaging, and relevant rather than overly sales-focused or generic. Each month, you’ll create unique newsletters for both current members and prospective members, along with several promotional e-blasts across our 9 locations. You’ll also be responsible for: Building and/or formatting emails within our email marketing platform Proofreading and editing all content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and accuracy Ensuring every email aligns with the Club Pilates brand, voice, tone, and product and aligns with our core demographic Keeping content fresh and avoiding repetitive or overly templated copy across studios Writing catchy subject lines and engaging copy that encourages opens, clicks, and action Incorporating relevant seasonal moments, trends, holidays, and pop culture when appropriate Learning the nuances of our individual studios and audiences over time
