The app pulls data from a Google Sheet containing monthly performance metrics for nine different restaurant roles—Director of Ops, Front of House, Back of House, Drive-Thru, Catering, Marketing, Food Safety, and BOH Training. Each role tracks metrics like sales, labor costs, guest satisfaction, food safety scores, and more. The app needs: role-based login, a clean dashboard showing current month goal versus actual for each metric, color-coded cards to flag underperformance, a six-month trend chart per metric, and an actuals input screen where users can log or update monthly numbers. Mobile-first design, professional polish, and integration with Google Sheets as the data source.
