Full-Stack App Developer (AI-Powered Workflow & Operations Automation App)

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled full-stack app developer to build a custom internal application designed to streamline our business operations, improve team workflow, automate follow-ups, and integrate AI-powered summaries of team communication. This app will serve as a central operations hub for our team, helping us stay organized, reduce manual follow-ups, and improve decision-making through daily AI-generated summaries of chats and activities. Key Responsibilities: * Build a custom web and/or mobile application for internal team operations * Design and implement workflow automation features (task assignment, tracking, reminders, follow-ups) * Integrate AI capabilities to: * Summarize daily team chats and conversations * Highlight key decisions, tasks, and action items * Create a clean, user-friendly dashboard for operations management * Ensure secure data handling and role-based access for team members * Integrate with existing tools (Slack, WhatsApp, email, CRM, etc. if needed) * Provide scalable architecture for future feature expansion Nice to Have: * Experience building internal tools or dashboards for teams * Experience with AI agents, chat summarization, or automation tools * Knowledge of project management systems (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com) * DevOps / deployment experience (AWS, Vercel, Firebase, etc.) Project Goals: * Reduce manual follow-ups and missed tasks * Improve team accountability and visibility * Automate daily reporting and communication summaries * Centralize operations in one platform To Apply, Please Include: * Relevant past projects (especially AI or automation tools) * Your approach to building an AI-powered workflow system * Estimated timeline and budget range
