Game consultant with experience growing mobile games

Hello. We are looking for a mobile game consultant - not a developer, but somebody who specializes in delivering and growing mobile games. For context, we have an existing app that we're building a trial version of a game into. The trial version has gotten a good reception from an internal beta, but we need help filling in knowledge gaps on the team relating to best practices when launching, growing, and monetizing the full version of the game. We have a team with knowledgeable experts in app development, and a game developer who uses Unity, but we are looking for someone with a proven track record of being able to make good decisions strategically on a consulting basis for our game launch and growth and maintenance thereafter.
