Google Ads Specialist — Local Lead Gen for Personal Training Studio (South Bay LA) About us: We're an established personal training business serving the South Bay area of Los Angeles. We work with clients at our gym and in their homes, and we have a strong local reputation (solid Google reviews). We want to add a Google Ads channel to generate a steady, predictable flow of qualified local leads. The work: - Full account setup: keyword research, campaign + ad group structure, geo-targeting for our service area, ad copy - Conversion tracking done properly (form submissions AND phone calls — GA4 / Google Tag Manager / call tracking) - Ongoing management: bid/keyword/negative-keyword optimization, ad testing, landing page recommendations - Monthly reporting that shows cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and which campaigns are actually producing clients Must-haves: - Demonstrated experience with LOCAL SERVICE and lead-generation accounts.
