Google Ads & Facebook Ads Manager Needed for Ongoing Account Optimization and Maintenance

We are looking for a high-level Google Ads and Facebook Ads professional to help manage, monitor, and optimize our advertising accounts on an ongoing basis. This is not a short-term campaign setup project. We are looking for someone who can become a long-term part of our marketing operations and help take a major load off our internal team. Our ideal candidate is someone who can regularly watch over our Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts, make sure nothing is broken, identify areas for improvement, optimize campaigns, and meet with us weekly or biweekly to explain what is happening in the accounts and what can be done to improve performance. In the past, we had someone who monitored our Google Ads account, made updates when campaigns broke, adjusted keywords, optimized campaigns, edited ad copy, and handled general account maintenance. We are now looking for someone who can provide that same level of support across both Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Responsibilities Include: • Monitor Google Ads and Facebook Ads accounts on an ongoing basis • Make sure campaigns, ads, tracking, and account structures are working properly • Identify broken campaigns, disapproved ads, poor-performing assets, tracking issues, or other problems • Optimize keywords, audiences, campaigns, ad groups, asset groups, ads, headings, descriptions, and creative text when needed • Recommend improvements to campaign structure, targeting, budgets, bidding, and landing page strategy • Help us understand what is happening in the accounts through weekly or biweekly meetings • Provide clear recommendations on what we can do to improve results • Stay proactive so our internal team does not have to constantly worry about whether the ads are working properly • Help us maintain steady performance and find new opportunities for optimization What We Are Looking For: • Strong experience managing Google Ads accounts • Strong experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads accounts • Ability to diagnose account issues and fix them quickly • Experience with ecommerce advertising • Experience with campaign optimization, keyword management, ad copy testing, audience targeting, and performance reporting • Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and dependable • Someone who can explain account performance clearly without overcomplicating things • Someone interested in becoming an ongoing part of our marketing process, not just completing a onetime task Preferred Experience: • Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns • Facebook/Meta prospecting and retargeting campaigns • Ecommerce brands with higher-ticket products • Landing page and conversion rate feedback • Tracking, pixels, conversion events, and attribution troubleshooting Meeting Expectations: We would like to meet weekly or biweekly to review account performance, discuss what changes were made, identify problems, and talk through recommendations for improvement. Goal of the Role: The goal is to have someone integrated into our operations who can consistently monitor and improve our Google and Facebook advertising accounts so we do not have to worry about whether our ads are broken, underperforming, or missing optimization opportunities. We want someone who can help us feel confident that our accounts are being watched, maintained, and improved on a regular basis.
