Klaviyo Email Deliverability Specialist (Shopify | DTC Ecommerce) About Us We're BeautyFit®, a premium women's health and fitness supplement company that's been helping women achieve their goals for over 17 years. We send high-volume email campaigns through Klaviyo and are looking for an experienced email deliverability expert to maximize inbox placement and improve engagement. This is **NOT** a copywriting or email design position. We're looking for someone who specializes in **email deliverability, sender reputation, inbox placement, authentication, and Gmail optimization.** --- The Situation Our email open rates remain strong, but our click-through rates have declined significantly over the past several months. We want an expert to determine whether the issue is related to: * Gmail's recent sender requirements * Deliverability * Inbox placement * Domain reputation * Authentication * List quality * Email structure * Or another technical factor We're looking for someone who can identify the root cause—not someone who simply suggests generic email marketing advice. --- Responsibilities Perform a complete audit of our email infrastructure, including: * Klaviyo account audit * SPF, DKIM, and DMARC verification * Sender reputation analysis * Google Postmaster Tools review * Microsoft SNDS review * Domain reputation analysis * Inbox placement testing * Gmail Promotions vs Primary analysis * Spam folder testing * DNS configuration review * Bounce and complaint analysis * Suppression list review * List hygiene recommendations * Authentication alignment * Deliverability best practices Review our campaigns and identify opportunities to improve: * Click-through rate * Inbox placement * Subscriber engagement * Deliverability * Conversion rate Provide a prioritized action plan and help implement recommended improvements. --- Required Experience Please apply only if you have experience with: * Klaviyo * Shopify ecommerce brands * Email deliverability * Google Postmaster Tools * SPF * DKIM * DMARC * DNS * Sender reputation * Inbox placement testing Bonus if you've worked with supplement, health, beauty, or DTC ecommerce brands sending high email volumes. --- When You Apply Please answer the following: 1.
