Klaviyo Designer Needed for Retention Agency

Growing agency who produces 4 - 6 email campaigns per client per month. We need a junior designer who is experienced in Canva and Klaviyo to produce marketing and sales emails. You'll get a brief from the Account Manager with specs.. You'll have access to the client's brand guidelines and just need to create emails to match the spec. You have to have experience in template creation, conversion mentality, personalization, dynamic content, and mid level designs skills for flows and campaigns. We have a series of best practices and playbook to follow also. Turnaround is typically 48 hours because we are pretty good planners. We use Asana for project management and Slack for quick questions. This is an agency and we work with mostly Ecomm stores.
