Job Title: Klaviyo Email Designer Wanted: Build a Modular Layout & Block System for B2B E-commerce Job Description: We are seeking a talented, conversion-focused Email Designer to create a high-performing, modular email template system within our Klaviyo account. We run an established B2B packaging e-commerce store (Baas Verpakkingen) in the Netherlands. Instead of building static, one-off newsletters, we want a "LEGO-style" design system. You will design 3 specific layout formats built entirely from a custom master library of reusable content blocks. Once built, we should be able to drag, drop, and rearrange these blocks to assemble new, premium campaigns in 5 minutes. Key Deliverables: • 3 Core Master Templates: Product Launch/Monthly Deal format, High-Urgency/Last-Chance format, and Value-Driven/Content format. • Reusable Content Block Library: Formatted headers, hero sections, bulleted feature grids, styled text blocks, high-contrast CTA buttons, and review sections. • Mobile-First & Web-Safe Setup: Perfect rendering on iOS, Android, Desktop, and complex clients like Outlook. Requirements: Prove experience with Klaviyo template editor (custom code or advanced drag-and-drop), sharp typography skills, understanding of B2B e-commerce psychology, and an excellent portfolio showing clean, grid-based layout structures.
