Klaviyo Email Marketing Automations & Campaigns

We are currently recruiting an A-Player Email Marketer to join our fast-growing company. If you are an expert in Klaviyo, WooCommerce, and e-commerce email strategy, this is the opportunity for you to build the foundational email engine for our new peptide brand. About Us We are one of the fastest-growing Medspa marketing agencies in the world, and we are now expanding our empire to take over the peptide e-commerce space. We move fast, we expect excellence, and we reward performance. We need a SAVAGE email marketer to build out the entire email infrastructure for our new peptide brand and scale it to the moon. The Role This starts as a project-based setup role with the immediate goal of transitioning into a long-term, ongoing position if you prove you are the right fit. You will be responsible for the end-to-end integration, strategy, and execution of our email marketing. You must be able to seamlessly integrate Klaviyo with our WordPress/WooCommerce store, build high-converting automated flows, and design visually stunning, direct-response email campaigns that drive revenue. What You Will Do * Seamlessly integrate Klaviyo with our WordPress/WooCommerce store. * Map out and build all foundational e-commerce email flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, etc.). * Design visually compelling, brand-aligned email templates that convert. * Write direct-response copy for all flows and broadcast campaigns. * Set up segmentation, tagging, and list hygiene protocols. * Launch and manage ongoing weekly email broadcast campaigns. * Relentlessly A/B test subject lines, creative, and copy to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and revenue per recipient. What We Expect * Deep, proven expertise with Klaviyo and WooCommerce integrations. * Strong design skills—you must be able to build beautiful emails, not just write text. * A direct-response mindset—every email should be designed to drive action and revenue. * Flawless English and excellent copywriting skills. * The ability to work independently, solve technical issues, and deliver on tight deadlines.
