Klaviyo Email Marketing Strategist & Designer Needed for Vacation Rental Company (Long-Term)

We're Eversea Vacations, a growing vacation rental management company along Florida's Gulf Coast, and we're looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketing Strategist who can take complete ownership of our email marketing—from strategy and copywriting to beautiful email design and automation. This is not just a design role, and it's not just someone who sends newsletters. We're looking for someone who understands customer psychology, lifecycle marketing, compelling copywriting, email design, automation, segmentation, and driving repeat bookings. About Us We manage premium vacation rental homes and condos throughout Florida's Gulf Coast. Every year we collect thousands of guest emails from past stays, and we want to turn those past guests into repeat guests through strategic, visually engaging email marketing. We're looking for someone who can own this entire marketing channel and continually improve it over time. Responsibilities Own and manage our Klaviyo account Design beautiful, modern, mobile-friendly email campaigns that reflect our luxury beach brand Write compelling, high-converting email copy Build and optimize automated email flows Segment our guest database based on stay history, interests, booking behavior, and engagement Create campaigns that encourage repeat bookings and direct bookings A/B test subject lines, content, layouts, and offers Monitor analytics and continually improve performance Recommend new email strategies and campaigns throughout the year Monthly & Ongoing Campaigns Create engaging emails featuring: Local events and festivals New restaurants and local favorites Hidden gems and things to do Beach tips and seasonal travel inspiration Holiday activities New vacation homes we've added Featured properties Last-minute availability Exclusive repeat guest offers Travel guides and local recommendations Company updates and exciting announcements We're Looking For Someone Who Is Great At: Klaviyo (Expert) Email marketing strategy Beautiful email design and branding Copywriting that converts Customer lifecycle marketing Audience segmentation Email automation A/B testing Analytics and optimization Hospitality, travel, Airbnb, hotels, or vacation rentals (preferred) Success Looks Like You'll help us: Increase repeat guest bookings Increase direct bookings Build stronger relationships with past guests Improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions Increase revenue generated through email marketing Build a premium, recognizable email experience that guests look forward to receiving What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is both creative and strategic—someone who can think like a marketer, write like a copywriter, and design like a brand designer.
