Klaviyo Specialist for Email Marketing

Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist (Growth Opportunity) Arya Clothing is looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to help grow our email and SMS marketing revenue. We are an established eCommerce fashion brand with an existing Klaviyo setup, regular email campaigns, automated flows, and a growing customer base. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our Klaviyo account, identify opportunities for growth, and help increase revenue through strategic email and SMS marketing. Initial Hours & Pay * 5 hours per week * USD $5 per hour * Long-term opportunity Responsibilities * Audit our existing Klaviyo account * Review current flows and recommend improvements * Optimise existing automations * Create and send approximately 3 email campaigns per week * Design and implement new revenue-generating flows * Run SMS campaigns approximately once per month * Improve customer engagement, retention, and repeat purchases * Track and report on key performance metrics Growth Opportunity This role is designed to grow with performance. As Klaviyo-attributed revenue increases, your hours will increase proportionally. For example, if you double the revenue generated through Klaviyo, your allocated hours will double. Our goal is to build this into a much larger role over time. If performance reaches the point where the role grows to approximately 40 hours per week, future growth will be rewarded through increased pay rates rather than additional hours.
