This is an ideal opportunity for self-motivated professionals who enjoy connecting with business owners and earning based on their performance. ## Responsibilities * Identify and research qualified small business leads. * Reach out to prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods. * Introduce Lumière Digital's web design services. * Qualify potential clients and schedule appointments with our team. * Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up activities. * Build and manage a consistent pipeline of new opportunities. ## Qualifications * Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, cold calling, or sales is preferred. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers. * Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. * Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. * Experience using CRM systems is a plus but not required. ## Compensation **This is a 100% commission-only position.** There is **no hourly pay or base salary.** Your income is based entirely on your performance, with **high commissions paid for every qualified client that results in a closed website project.** Top performers have unlimited earning potential.
