Logo Touch-Up & Apparel-Ready File Prep for Fitness Brand

We run a personal training business and need a skilled graphic designer to refine our existing logo and deliver a complete set of production-ready files for branded apparel — t-shirts, polos, hoodies, and similar. The core design is already established. This is a cleanup and file-prep job, not a full redesign. We want the logo sharpened, properly vectorized, and delivered in every format our print and embroidery vendors will need. Scope of work: - Touch up our current logo: clean up lines, fix any inconsistencies or pixelation, tighten spacing/alignment, and ensure it looks crisp at any size - Recreate the logo as clean, scalable vector artwork if it isn't already - Create apparel-optimized variations, including a simplified version that works for embroidery (small stitch counts, limited detail, minimum thread widths) Deliverables: - Master vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF) - High-res PNGs with transparent backgrounds - Color variations: full-color, one-color black, and reversed/white (for dark garments) - An embroidery-friendly simplified version - Pantone (spot color) specs for consistent printing and thread matching - A quick reference sheet showing the versions and their intended use What we're looking for: - Strong portfolio, ideally with logos used on real apparel (screen printing and/or embroidery) - Solid vector/Illustrator skills - Understanding of print production constraints (why embroidery and screen printing need different artwork) - Clear communicator who can turn work around efficiently To apply: - Share relevant samples, especially apparel or embroidery work - Briefly describe your process for prepping a logo for garment production - Note your availability and estimated turnaround
