Summary

I am not looking for someone who already knows everything. I am looking for someone to train. I run a technology consulting company and need a Marketing Assistant who wants to be running marketing in a few years. You will learn Claude and AI tools daily, automation platforms, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, CRM and pipelines, cold email, prospect research, and campaign reporting. I need someone who learns fast, keeps work clean, takes blunt feedback well, and wants a career, not just a paycheck. This is hourly plus performance bonuses reviewed monthly. If you are good, you will not be an assistant for long.
