Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer (Virtual & On-Site) We are seeking an experienced and engaging Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Trainer to support a large-scale training initiative. The ideal candidate is passionate about user enablement, possesses deep Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge, and has a proven track record delivering both virtual and instructor-led classroom training. This role requires excellent presentation and facilitation skills, the ability to engage diverse audiences, and a willingness to travel within the United States as needed. Responsibilities • Deliver end-user training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. • Facilitate both virtual and on-site instructor-led training sessions. • Provide post-training support and answer user questions. • Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met. • Adapt training delivery to meet the needs of different learner groups. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all training engagements. • Training materials will be provided, along with a structured Train-the-Trainer program to ensure readiness and consistency in delivery. Schedule • Training schedule for 2026 will be provided in advance. • Part-time engagement throughout 2026. • Anticipated full-time training schedule for approximately six months during 2027. • Travel required; all training locations will be within the United States. Qualifications • Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM training to end users. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and business processes. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred; equivalent hands-on implementation and training experience will be considered. • Financial Services Industry experience is a plus. • Demonstrated experience delivering both virtual and classroom-based training. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and facilitation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team. • Willingness and ability to travel as needed throughout the United States.
