Operations Integration Consultant

We are seeking an Operations Integration Consultant to support an M&A roll-up strategy in the domestic services space. The role involves guiding integrating operations across multiple companies as they are acquired, ensuring seamless processes and efficiency. It also involves helping guide the build out of the platform company’s systems and infrastructure prior to making acquisitions. This is across all major system categories and functions, not just finance or data migration. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management, a strong understanding of integration strategies and a track record of doing this exact thing before with route-based service businesses. Responsibilities include analyzing current operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions both pre and post acquisition.
