Podcast Production Support

Seeking a skilled freelancer to assist with my ongoing podcast release, marketing and growth. Responsibilities include managing social media, editing episodes, handling bonus membership, and driving audience growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in editing and marketing, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. This is a part-time role with potential for a long-term engagement. Responsibilities include: Preparing episodes for publication each week (e.g. show notes, SEO tags, upload to relevant channels to schedule release) Preparing social media content (e.g. reels, posts, stories) Edit Bonus episodes (30 mins) for release every fortnight Analysis of audience data and recommend strategies for growth Platforms used: - Transistor.fm - YouTube - Instagram - Squarespace (blog/website) - LinkedIn At present the main episodes are edited by my podcast studio so that work is not in scope (but may be in future). Expect work to be 8 hrs a week in the first instance, with the potential to grow. 1 month trial period to ensure fit. I've also advertised a podcast production support position.
