Podcast Video Editor — Guest-Format Episodes + Short-Form Social Clips

We're a boutique creative marketing agency based in Texas looking for a reliable, detail-oriented video editor to join us on an ongoing monthly basis. You'll be editing a wellness/lifestyle podcast that features primarily guest episodes (with some solo educational episodes here and there), delivering polished full-length episodes plus short-form social clips each month. This is a long-term engagement for the right person. We value quality, communication, and the ability to work independently without constant direction. Scope of Work (Monthly): - Up to 4 guest-format episode edits per month (raw files delivered via Google Drive) - Final episodes are up to 60 minutes each — raw footage per episode may be up to 2 hours - 3 short-form social clips per episode — you'll identify and pull the strongest, most engaging moments from each episode and optimize for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts (12 clips total monthly) - Multi-track audio cleanup and syncing across multiple speakers and cameras - Files delivered back to shared Google Drive folder -Turnaround of 5 business days or less per episode from raw file delivery What We're Looking For: - Experience editing guest/interview format podcast video — multi-camera and multi-track audio is a must - Strong instinct for pacing, audio cleanup, and pulling compelling short-form moments - Responsive communicator who can meet deadlines consistently - Portfolio or sample work required — ideally showing guest-format podcast edits and social clips Revision Policy: Each episode includes 2 rounds of revisions — one internal review round and one client feedback round. We're looking for a collaborative partner who takes feedback well and doesn't nickel-and-dime on minor tweaks within scope.
