Podcast Video Editor – B-Roll, Animation & Short-Form Content (TikTok, YouTube, IG)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented video editor to support content production for TL Brand. Our podcast episodes are already recorded — we need someone to bring them to life visually and repurpose them into short-form content across social platforms. What you'll be doing Create B-roll footage and animated video content to complement existing podcast episodes Edit full episodes with engaging visuals, captions, and graphics Cut and edit episodes into short-form clips (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) optimized for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Ensure content is platform-ready with correct formatting, aspect ratios, and pacing What we're looking for Experience editing podcast or talking-head video content Strong skills in B-roll sourcing/creation and motion graphics or animation Proven experience creating short-form content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) A portfolio or examples of past podcast or short-form video work Nice to have Experience with subtitles/captions and text animation Familiarity with trending audio and content formats on TikTok and YouTube
