Python Developer - Multi-Agent AI Assistant

We are seeking a Python developer to help us complete a multi-agent AI assistant. The project is already nearing completion. We need someone who can quickly understand the current codebase, troubleshoot issues, enhance chatbot workflows, and assist with preparing the bot for a public release. This is a great opportunity for a motivated junior or mid-level developer who wants to work on a real AI product and potentially grow into a long-term position with our team. Requirements: * Strong experience with Python * Experience using FastAPI or similar backend frameworks * Basic understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and agentic systems * Comfortable working with multi-agent chatbot logic and AI-driven workflows * Able to understand existing code and take ownership of active projects * Docker and Linux experience is a strong advantage * Telegram Bot API experience is a strong advantage * Good written English communication skills * Able to troubleshoot, test, and deliver improvements efficiently * Must be available to commit 8 hours per day Tech stack: Python, FastAPI, Telegram Bot API, LLM APIs, agentic workflows, Docker, Linux, PostgreSQL/Supabase. TypeScript, Next.js, and React experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities: * Help complete the final development phase of the Telegram AI assistant * Debug and improve existing chatbot workflows * Work on LLM routing, agent behavior, and conversation management * Assist with preparing the bot for public release * Remain involved for maintenance, enhancements, and future AI projects if the collaboration goes well Compensation: Starting rate is $12-$20/hr depending on experience and skill level. We welcome both junior and mid-level developers. What matters most is Python proficiency, reliability, speed, communication, and a strong willingness to learn.
