QuickBooks Online + Stripe Setup & Bookkeeping Specialist Needed

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeping/accounting specialist to help us connect Stripe with QuickBooks Online for the first time and establish a clean, reliable bookkeeping workflow. Project Overview We currently use Stripe for payment processing and QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, but the two systems have never been connected. We need help: Setting up the integration properly Establishing accurate bookkeeping workflows Ensuring Stripe payouts, fees, refunds, and deposits reconcile correctly in QuickBooks Online Creating a process that is easy to maintain going forward Evaluating and recommending the best integration tools/apps for our business Responsibilities Review our current Stripe and QuickBooks Online setup Recommend the best integration software or connector tools Set up and configure the integration Map transactions correctly inside QBO Ensure proper handling of: Stripe payouts Processing fees Refunds Transfers Customer payments Reconcile Stripe activity with bank deposits Help avoid duplicate or incorrect entries Provide documentation and bookkeeping best practices for ongoing maintenance Requirements Strong QuickBooks Online experience Experience setting up Stripe + QBO integrations Bookkeeping/accounting background Understanding of payment processor reconciliation Familiarity with common Stripe/QBO connector platforms Attention to detail and organization Preferred Experience with ecommerce or SaaS businesses CPA or professional bookkeeping experience Experience building bookkeeping workflows from scratch Familiarity with tools such as: Acodei Synder Bookkeep Zapier Make.com QuickBooks Connector To Apply Please include: Your experience connecting Stripe with QuickBooks Online Which integration tools/apps you recommend and why Similar bookkeeping projects you’ve completed Your availability and estimated timeline Whether you are a bookkeeper, accountant, or CPA
