Short promo video for a law enforcement app

Hi, I'm the founder of BlueLineNote, a field-reporting app for law enforcement (live on the App Store and Google Play). I'm looking to have a short promotional video produced and wanted to see if it's a fit for you. The scope is tight and mostly ready to go: - Length: about 60 seconds - Format: screen recording of the app with voiceover narration - I provide everything up front — a full shot-by-shot script, a finished sample report (PDF) to show on screen, and access to the app so all features are live during recording So the work on your end is the screen capture, the voiceover, and the edit — the script and assets are done.
