Social Media Assistant Part-Time | Remote | North Media Lab North Media Lab is looking for a highly organized, social-savvy assistant to support day-to-day client work, content planning, and light content creation for various clients. Responsibilities - Create and update social media content calendars - Maintain client trackers, documents, and project information - Research trends, sounds, and content opportunities across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts - Help brainstorm social-first content ideas for clients - Edit simple short-form videos in CapCut - Occasionally create UGC-style, product, or trend-driven content (being on camera is not required) You’re a Great Fit If You... Are highly organized with excellent attention to detail Are naturally tapped into social media trends and internet culture Understand TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts Have experience with CapCut and short-form video editing Can work independently, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple clients Have a creative eye and can bring ideas to the table Bonus: Experience with Canva, social scheduling tools, or working with brands/agency clients. NOTE: the hours for this job will be different each week depending on projects and deliverables. If you're flexible on working between 5 - 10 hours a week, this is perfect for you.
