**Social Media & Influencer Partnerships Manager for Ecommerce Brand Growth**

Guard Dog Security is looking for an experienced Social Media & Influencer Partnerships Manager to help us solve one clear business problem: increase qualified traffic to our website through social media, TikTok, influencer partnerships, UGC creators, ambassadors, and creator-driven campaigns. We are a consumer safety and self-defense brand selling through our website, Amazon, and major retail channels. We are not looking for someone whose main focus is simply posting content. Content creation is important, but the priority of this role is to generate traffic, awareness, trust, and measurable ecommerce results through social media and partnerships. The freelancer must be able to build and manage a repeatable system to bring qualified visitors to our website from TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, influencers, creators, ambassadors, affiliate-style partnerships, and UGC campaigns. Main objective: Drive qualified website traffic from social media and influencer partnerships, then help us understand which campaigns, creators, platforms, and content types are actually producing results. Responsibilities: * Develop a traffic-focused social media and influencer strategy for Guard Dog Security * Own TikTok strategy, growth, content direction, creator partnerships, and traffic generation * Build and manage influencer, creator, UGC, ambassador, and partnership programs * Source, contact, brief, and manage creators/influencers who can drive qualified traffic * Identify creators and communities that match our target customers and product categories * Create campaign briefs focused on traffic, trust, product education, and conversions * Plan UGC-style content that can be used for TikTok, Instagram, website, Amazon, email, paid ads, and ecommerce campaigns * Work with our internal team to align social content with website promotions, product launches, Amazon content, and marketing calendars * Track performance including website traffic, clicks, engagement, creator performance, campaign results, and sales impact * Build a clear reporting system showing what is driving traffic, what is not working, and what should be scaled * Recommend weekly actions to increase traffic from social media and partnerships What matters most: * Proven ability to drive traffic from social media, influencers, creators, or partnerships * Strong understanding of TikTok as a traffic and awareness channel * Experience sourcing and managing creators/influencers for ecommerce or consumer brands * Ability to connect creator campaigns to website performance, not just engagement * Strong creative judgment, especially around hooks, storytelling, product education, and calls to action * Experience building repeatable outreach, tracking, and reporting systems * Ability to take ownership and provide clear recommendations, not just execute tasks Content creation is part of the role, but it is not the main goal. The main goal is traffic acquisition from social media and influencer partnerships. This can become a long-term freelance partnership if the results are strong. We are also using this role to evaluate whether a freelance model can successfully own this function for our company. Please include in your proposal: 1.
