Social Media Manager for TikTok/Instagram

Social Media Manager — Personal Brand (College Founder / Entrepreneur) I'm a college student double-majoring in engineering physics and space physics, with a finance minor, and I'm also the founder and CEO of a startup that builds rocketry flight computers for STEM education. I'm building a personal brand across TikTok and Instagram that brings these two worlds together — the "engineer/CEO who doesn't look like one" contrast is the core of my story, and it's meant to speak directly to two audiences: college students figuring out their own path, and early entrepreneurs building something from scratch while still in school. I'm looking for a social media manager with a strong eye for a black-and-white, editorial, old-money-meets-70s aesthetic to turn my raw footage into polished TikTok and Instagram posts. The ideal candidate has real experience in social media marketing and management, brand growth, and content posting, particularly on Instagram and TikTok, and understands how to build a content calendar around a personal brand rather than a company account. You'll be responsible for: Editing raw footage (which I batch-film weekly) into platform-ready posts Writing captions that match an intellectual, composed voice — never generic, comfortable being a little polarizing Managing a content calendar across physics/space, entrepreneurship, and lifestyle content Posting consistently and tracking what's actually growing the account A biweekly check-in call to review performance and plan the next batch Thank you for your time and concideration, let's make something special!
