UGC-style paid ad creative for Facebook/Instagram

Summary

We run a residential and commercial painting company (interior, exterior, and cabinet refinishing) and are looking for a UGC creator to bring our raw job-site footage to life with an authentic, on-camera or voiceover presence for paid Facebook/Instagram and TikTok ads. You won't need to visit job sites. We'll send you raw before/after clips and process footage, and your job is to add a relatable, conversational voice on top, either narrating over the footage or filming short on-camera intros/reactions that get cut in alongside it. What you'll do: Record voiceover scripts we provide (or lightly adapt) in a natural, non-salesy tone Optionally film short on-camera clips (talking head style) reacting to before/after transformations Deliver raw audio/video files for our editor to cut into final ads Nail a strong hook in the first 2 to 3 seconds Match a casual, trustworthy tone, think "neighbor recommending a painter," not a commercial What we provide: Raw before/after and process footage from job sites Scripts or talking points per video Brand tone and messaging guidelines Examples of UGC ad styles we like Ideal candidate: Comfortable on camera and/or recording clear voiceover audio Natural, conversational delivery (not overly polished or "salesy") Experience with UGC ads for local or home services businesses is a plus, but not required Reliable turnaround and easy to communicate with
