UGC videos interviewing a physician

I am looking for a social media savvy person (ideally someone who is in a health related field) who has enough knowledge of what the public is interested in, to create video interviews of a physician , formatted in a way that it is effective n instagram and youtube, and are interesting enough to get an audience. The purpose of the whole exercise is to get publicity for a new upcoming clinic in Madison WI, and also do something on social media that is meaningful to people. We pick topics that people are expressing interest in online, like 'doc, my eye keeps twitching' or whatever. or it is about a new medication or an old medication or anything that people are talking about. We talk for around 5-10 min per topic (not more than 10 min) It does not have to be a prepared script, but just a rough understanding as to what we would discuss, and then you have creative freedom what to ask. i am not sure what software we would use for this purpose , we should use a format that news stations use when they interview someone remotely. If you are in the Madison region, it may be possible to meet in person, but timings are hard to arrange and remote may be the only way. This will be an ongoing thing, like an hour every week.
