Video Production Designer

The Video Production Designer is responsible for quickly editing and producing clear, professional videos for training and product demonstrations. This role is focused on efficient, hands-on editing rather than full creative concepting. Tasks include organizing and trimming footage, adding simple graphics or text, adjusting sound, and delivering polished videos on short timelines. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple fast-turn projects are essential. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with strong expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. • Strong foundation in video editing techniques including match-cutting, pacing, and narrative storytelling. • Skilled in motion graphics, sound design, text animation, visual effects, and color grading/correction. • Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to adapt to feedback with quick turnaround times. • Ability to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
