Video Editor + Content Partner (Pasadena/ Los Angeles / Remote)

Primary job is video editing. Short form (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and some long form (YouTube). You'll turn raw footage into content people actually want to watch. Beyond editing, I want a real partner on brand and social. Someone who brings ideas, tests new formats, and cares about growth and engagement. Not just executing a checklist. Responsibilities: * Edit short-form and long-form content for YouTube, Instagram, and X * Help manage our content pipeline and posting cadence * Brainstorm new content ideas, formats, and creative experiments We’re looking for someone who: * Has strong editing skills and a good eye for pacing and storytelling * Understands what performs well on social platforms * Enjoys startups, building in public, and trying new ideas Bonus if you’re interested in AI, startups, technology, or entrepreneurship.
