Video Editor / Motion Designer Needed for YouTube Documentary Channel

Job Description: We are looking for a talented video editor to transform completed scripts and voiceovers into cinematic, engaging, faceless YouTube documentaries (8-12 minutes long). Budget: Fixed rate of $30 per completed Script + VO package. (8–12 minute videos). Please do not apply if this budget does not work for you. Responsibilities: - Take the provided script and voiceover track and build a visual narrative. - Source and curate high-quality stock footage, historical clips, and B-roll. - Utilize kinetic typography, text highlights, maps, and basic motion graphics to keep the screen dynamic. - Execute clean audio mixing, sound effects (SFX), and impactful background music tracks to drive tension and engagement. Requirements: - Proficient in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects. - Strict understanding of copyright guidelines for YouTube. - Strong grasp of "pattern interrupts" (changing visuals every 3 to 5 seconds to maximize watch time).
