Summary

The Work * Source material: 2+ hours of experimental, music-related video footage. We would start with 30min of this as an initial batch, with more to follow on an ongoing basis * Deliverables per batch: * Vertical clips, 30–45 seconds (Reels / Shorts / TikTok-ready) * Horizontal clips, ~1min - 1:30min (YouTube-ready) * Ongoing: A repeatable editing for YouTube & TikTok Responsibilities * Review long-form footage and identify the strongest moments for short-form cuts * Edit vertical and horizontal clips with attention to pacing, sound design, and visual hooks suited to an experimental/music aesthetic Ideal Candidate * Proven video editing experience, ideally with music/experimental/art-adjacent content (portfolio or reel required) * Strong understanding of short-form platform mechanics (retention curves, hook structure) How to Apply Please send: 1.
