Video editor for recurring social media event highlight reels

Looking for a creative video editor for recurring social media highlight reels I run Inclusion Fusion, a social club for neurodivergent young adults. We're built around inclusivity and belonging, and are a space where our members come to connect, make friends, have fun, and feel like they're part of something. We host regular events like Trivia Nights, Craft Nights, Girls Nights, parties, and more. After each event, I need someone to take the raw footage I filmed and turn it into a polished, high-energy highlight reel to post on our Instagram. The goal is to capture the fun, the energy, and the community vibe, so that people who weren't there wish they had been, and our members feel celebrated. Here's how it works: After each event, I'll send you a folder of all the raw video clips I took You edit them into a short, engaging highlight reel that fits Instagram (Reels format) The edit should match our brand identity and social media style (I'll provide examples of past content) Turnaround needs to be quick so we can post while the event is still fresh I'm looking for someone with a fun, creative eye for short-form social content & someone who can bring energy and personality to the edit, not just cut clips together.
