Virtual Assistant for Tree Service Company: Customer Support & Scheduling (Jobber experience a plus)

We’re a growing tree service company based in the U.S. looking for a reliable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help us handle incoming customer calls, create first-round job estimates (must feel comfortable using ChatGPT), and coordinate with our small field crew. This is a part-time, long-term role with flexible hours — perfect for someone who’s organized, friendly, and confident managing tasks independently. We use Jobber for our CRM. Ideally we're looking for someone familiar with Jobber. Requirements: - generally savvy with CRMs and a self-learner - must have a great telephone presence - be available to take calls on your own cell phone via ATT Office @ Hand app and communicate via text (also through the app) - schedule in person visits for official estimates - coordinate schedules for service - ensure all customer contacts are loaded into a CRM, which we haven't set up yet - manage invoicing/billing We typically manage 2-4 jobs per week.
