YouTube Channel Growth Strategist

I am seeking an experienced YouTube Growth Strategist to conduct a comprehensive audit of my established YouTube channel, Passion & Purpose with Pamela. The channel currently has approximately 1,400 subscribers and 40+ long-form videos, along with a growing library of YouTube Shorts. My content includes thoughtful interviews and conversations centered around women, leadership, health and wellness, purpose, personal growth, entrepreneurship, education, culture, and life experiences. I am also beginning to expand into original storytelling and travel/history series, including Panama: Beyond the Postcard. I am not looking to purchase subscribers, views, or artificial engagement. My goal is sustainable, organic growth and reaching more of the audience that would genuinely connect with my content. What I Need I would like an experienced strategist to review my existing channel and provide specific, actionable recommendations regarding: Overall channel positioning and growth opportunities Titles and thumbnails YouTube SEO and discoverability Audience retention and watch time Opening hooks and video structure YouTube Shorts strategy Converting Shorts viewers into long-form viewers and subscribers Identifying existing videos that could benefit from new titles or thumbnails Playlists and channel organization Posting frequency and content strategy Understanding my YouTube analytics and identifying where viewers are being gained or lost Recommendations for growing the channel over the next 90 days I am particularly interested in someone who understands storytelling and audience development, not simply SEO. I want to maintain the authentic voice and purpose of Passion & Purpose with Pamela while improving how the content is packaged, discovered, and presented to a larger audience.
