YouTube Growth Specialist We’re looking for a YouTube know-it-all…someone who lives and breathes the platform and knows exactly how to grow a channel. You’ll own the strategy and the day-to-day mechanics of how, when, and where we post, and you’ll bring strong opinions on the content itself. If you obsess over watch time, thumbnails, and the algorithm, this is for you. What you’ll do - Own our YouTube growth strategy — turn views and subscribers into a repeatable, measurable system. - Define how and when we post: publishing cadence, formats (long-form, Shorts), and the best times to go live. - Optimize every upload for discovery — titles, descriptions, the right tags and keywords, chapters, and end screens. - Craft thumbnails and packaging that earn the click, and test variations to see what works. - Give real input on content — topics, hooks, structure, and what will actually perform with our audience. - Track performance in YouTube Analytics and translate the numbers into clear next steps. - Stay on top of algorithm changes, trends, and what’s working for other channels in our space. What we’re looking for - Proven track record growing a YouTube channel (please share channels you’ve worked on). - Deep knowledge of YouTube SEO, tags, metadata, and how the algorithm surfaces content. - A sharp eye for thumbnails, titles, and packaging — and the data habit to back up your calls. - Comfort with YouTube Studio and analytics; you make decisions based on retention and CTR, not guesswork. - Strong content instincts and the confidence to push ideas, not just execute them.
