YouTube Strategy Consultant Needed for Channel Audit & Growth Recommendations

We’re looking for an experienced YouTube strategist to help us better understand our channel performance and identify opportunities for growth. Our team manages multiple sports storytelling channels and is looking for someone who can analyze YouTube data and provide strategic recommendations. For this initial project, we’d like to start with a focused audit: - Review overall channel performance and analytics - Analyze a small sample of videos (5–10) to identify patterns - Evaluate audience behavior, CTR, retention, traffic sources, and recommendations - Provide insights into what is working, what isn’t, and where we have growth opportunities - Walk our team through the findings and help educate us on YouTube strategy We want someone who can explain the “why” behind the data and help our team make better decisions.
