Need a Youtube Expert to grow our Youtube channel. The channel combines Indy Film Projects with Fundraising for Non Profit Public Service (501(c)(4) public service corporations, and cross promotes both (the themes of the films reflect the non profit causes/ideas and vice versa). Experience with non profit and political adjacent marketing a big plus (the causes/themes are not left or right, but they touch on politically volatile topics (progressive economics, war reform), want somebody who knows how to capitalize on that and is not afraid of it. Some experience/understanding/tolerance for and with Hollywood indy film marketing a plus, the irrationality and creative nature of it. Our goals are youtube monetization, subscriber growth, raising our public profile, creating a big enough Youtube audience so we can attract other channels with big followings to our show. Insider Youtube expertise is the biggest skill, but SEO and general internet marketing/growth expertise also come into play. This is an ongoing project for the next 20 years so if somebody works out they'll have a growing client for that long. We have the production/creative part covered, we need a Youtube expert to make sure what we're doing maximizes the Youtube algorhythm, how do we shape our videos and shorts to be in line with how Youtube works and not shooting ourself in the foot.
