AI Agentic Workflow Advisor

We are looking for an experienced AI automation / agentic workflow consultant to join our team in an advisory and technical review role. We are hiring a separate contractor to build AI-powered workflows for our accounting firm, marketing operations and CRM systems. We need someone on our side to review their setup, make sure it is being done correctly, identify gaps, ask the right questions and ensure the final system is practical, scalable and cost-efficient. This is not a basic prompt-writing role. We need someone who understands AI agents, workflow automation, SOPs, token optimization, tool selection, quality control, CRM logic and business operations. Areas to Review - Accounting AI Agent Workflows - The setup may include: - Client intake and lead qualification - New client onboarding - Document collection - Missing information review - Client email drafting - Internal task delegation - Reconciliations - Accounts payable workflows - Accounts receivable workflows - Bookkeeping support tasks - Service-specific workflows - Human review checkpoints for tax, accounting and compliance-related work - The AI should support accounting workflows, admin, organization, drafting and review preparation. Final accounting and tax work must remain human-reviewed. Marketing AI Agent Workflows The setup may include: - SEO blog workflows - Keyword and competitor research - Blog briefs and drafting - Internal linking - Image prompts and image SEO - LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest workflows - Email marketing - Content repurposing - Approval and reporting workflows - CRM, Code and Technical Review - We also need support reviewing and advising on: - Claude Code workflows - CRM code fixes and improvements - Automation logic inside our CRM - API connections and integrations - Data flow between tools - Token usage and token optimization - Reducing unnecessary AI costs - Improving prompt efficiency and output consistency - Reviewing whether the technical setup is clean, secure and maintainable Your Role You will help us: - Review the contractor’s proposed setup - Assess tools, workflows, prompts, CRM logic and SOP mapping - Identify missing steps, risks or inefficiencies - Review AI accounting agent tasks - Confirm what should be automated versus human-reviewed - Flag anything that is overcomplicated, weak or costly - Advise on token optimization and AI cost control - Review Claude Code or CRM-related code where needed - Provide written feedback and join occasional calls if needed Ideal Candidate You have experience with: - AI agents and automation - ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or similar tools - Prompt engineering and token optimization - AI accounting workflows - Reconciliations, AP, AR or bookkeeping automation - SOP-based workflows - CRM systems and automation logic - Make, Zapier, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, Google Workspace or similar tools - API integrations and workflow troubleshooting - Professional services, accounting, marketing or SEO workflows - Experience with accounting firms, bookkeeping systems, CRM customization or compliance-sensitive businesses is a strong asset.
