AI Automation Developer — n8n, Make.com, GHL, Vapi

We are an AI automation agency building custom AI solutions for SMBs. We're growing fast and need a reliable, skilled developer to work with us on an ongoing basis — this is not a one-off project, we're looking for someone to grow with us long term. What you'll be building: n8n and Make.com automation workflows GoHighLevel (GHL) builds — pipelines, automations, conversational AI agents Vapi and Retell voice agent builds API integrations (Zoho, HubSpot, Xero, Monday, Twilio, etc.) AI agent workflows using Claude and OpenAI APIs Zapier flows and CRM setups What we're looking for: Strong n8n and/or Make.com experience — this is non-negotiable GHL experience highly regarded Vapi or Retell voice agent experience a bonus Comfortable working with REST APIs and webhooks Strong English — you'll be reading briefs and communicating directly with our team Reliable, responsive, takes ownership of their work Available during Australian business hours (or significant overlap) Engagement: Starting part-time (~20 hrs/week), moving to full-time quickly based on workload Long term ongoing work — we have a consistent and growing client pipeline Fixed hourly rate preferred If you're a solid builder who wants consistent work with a growing agency, apply with examples of automations or AI agents you've built.
