AI Voice Bot CRM is an automated outbound calling platform built for Medicare and FE compaign . It uses AI-powered voice bots integrated with VICIdial to autonomously call leads, hold scripted conversations, and transfer interested customers to live agents — all without any human involvement in the calling process. Core Functionality 1. Bot Management Admins control everything from a CRM dashboard. Each bot (e.g., Mary-01 to Mary-04) has a dedicated card showing its live status, and can be started or stopped with a single Login / Logout button. The system supports 3–4 bots running in parallel simultaneously. 2. Automated VICIdial Login When an admin activates a bot, the system automatically opens a browser session, logs into VICIdial with the bot's credentials, selects the assigned campaign, and sets the bot to Active — no manual browser interaction required. 3. Live Call Detection & Script Delivery Once VICIdial dials a number and a live human answer is detected, the bot immediately begins speaking the "Mary" Medicare script. The script covers a greeting, a follow-up about cashback benefits, a qualifying question about Medicare Part A & B, and a transfer announcement. 4. Customer Response Handling After the greeting, the bot listens for up to 10 seconds. If the customer responds, the script continues through to transfer. If there is no response (silence, voicemail, or answering machine), the bot hangs up, marks the call as No Answer, and automatically moves to the next lead. 5. Call Transfer At the 50-second mark, or after the full script is delivered, the bot executes a 4-step VICIdial transfer sequence — connecting the customer to a live benefits advisor — and then immediately moves on to the next call. 6. Call Logging & Recordings Every call is logged in the CRM with the bot name, customer number, call duration, outcome (Transferred / No Answer / Failed), timestamp, and a link to the call recording. Transcript snippets are captured where available. 7. Dashboard & Monitoring The admin dashboard provides a real-time overview of active bots, calls made today, transfers completed today, account balance, and any system errors — giving full visibility into bot performance at a glance.
