Co-worker for Accountability

Title: Virtual Co-Working & Accountability Partner Needed Starting Next Week I’m looking for someone to co-work with me virtually and help keep me accountable while I work and study. This schedule needed for next week only (June 22-26): * Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: around 6:30–9:30PM Pacific Time, with some flexibility * Wednesday, June 24: starting around noon or 1:00 PM Pacific Time till about 8pm (flexible) After next week, our schedule might be closer to regular business hours for Pacific Time Zone. (9am-5pm & later) You would join me on Zoom/video call during scheduled work blocks. You are generally free to do your own work during this time, but I need someone who is reliable, proactive, and comfortable messaging me reminders before our sessions. The main role is to help me stay focused, manage distractions, and keep track of time. I’m looking for someone with an assertive but respectful communication style who can nudge me when needed. This may grow into light project management or scheduling support in the future, but for now it is mainly virtual co-working and accountability. Please include your availability for next week and your experience with accountability, productivity support, virtual assisting, or project management. Will be open to increasing pay rate in the future as you increase participation and responsibility.
