SEO & Web Manager | WordPress | Content Writing | Google Business Profile | Long-Term

We are looking for a dedicated SEO and Web Manager for a U.S.-based CPA and professional services firm. This is a 25-hour per week ongoing role starting with a 60-day paid trial. Candidates who perform well will be transitioned into a long-term full-time position. This is not a one-time project. We need someone who takes full ownership, works independently, and understands the SEO demands of a professional services firm. What You Will Be Doing Writing and publishing a minimum of 20 SEO-optimized blog posts per month targeting keywords relevant to accounting, tax, audit, and financial services. Managing and optimizing our Google Business Profile including posts, Q&A, photos, and review monitoring. Performing ongoing on-page optimization across all website pages including title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking. Building and maintaining a backlink strategy to grow domain authority. Setting up and managing a YouTube channel including uploading content and optimizing titles, descriptions, and transcripts for search indexing. Making routine updates and content changes on our WordPress website. Delivering a clear monthly performance report covering rankings, traffic, GBP activity, and next steps. What We Require Minimum 2 years of SEO and web management experience with verifiable results. Proven experience working with CPA firms, law firms, accounting practices, or professional services businesses, this is required not preferred. Strong working knowledge of WordPress. Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and at least one SEO tool such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. Ability to write clear professional content that does not read as AI generated.
