Retention Manager / Client Success Manager for Women’s Online Fitness Coaching Company

We’re a fast-growing online women’s fat loss coaching company looking for a Retention Manager / Client Success Manager to help improve client experience, retention, accountability, and communication across the program This is NOT a basic VA role You will be speaking directly with clients, helping manage escalations, identifying churn risks before they happen, improving client experience, supporting coaches, and helping us tighten systems/processes as we scale You MUST: Speak near-native English Be extremely strong verbally and in writing Be emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure Be proactive instead of waiting for instructions constantly Be organized and detail-oriented Be comfortable with difficult conversations Understand coaching/client psychology Be available during US business hours at least partially BONUS if you have: Experience in online fitness coaching Retention/customer success experience HighLevel experience Experience handling cancellations/save attempts Experience improving systems/processes Leadership or management experience Part of this role will include: Monitoring client experience Following up with at-risk clients Helping improve accountability systems Reviewing coach communication quality Helping reduce cancellations/churn Supporting onboarding experience Helping build better SOPs and processes APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: To apply, send: Your resume A short Loom video (2-5 min max) introducing yourself Your experience with retention/client success Why you think clients usually quit coaching programs What you would improve first in a coaching company struggling with retention Your hourly rate Your timezone/location IMPORTANT: If you do not send a Loom video, your application will NOT be considered We are looking for someone long term who wants to grow with the company
