Supply Chain Coordinator

You’ll work alongside our Supply Chain Lead to keep inventory moving across the USA, UK, EU, and Canada. The Job - Monitor stock levels across our warehouse, Amazon FBA and 3PL to prevent stockouts. - Coordinate shipments end-to-end: suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PLs, carriers. - Communicate with the suppliers about orders, testings, QC, shipments, etc.. - Communicate the stock level to the marketing teams - Monitor warehouse and 3PL fulfillment. - Solve problems, don’t just report them. Lost cargo? Find the fix AND file the claim. - Keep our inventory system accurate, every transaction, cost, and timeline recorded. Whom are we looking for: - 2+ years in e-commerce logistics/supply chain. - Amazon FBA experience required. - Detail-oriented to the point of paranoia. - Very organized - Clear, professional communicator in English - Problem-solver. Plan B and Plan C ready before Plan A fails. - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets. - Available to work US Central Time (8 AM – 4 PM CT).
