WordPress & Elementor Web Designer We're a digital marketing agency that specializes in working with custom home builders across North America. Every client we sign gets a brand-new, fully custom website, and we need a skilled WordPress + Elementor designer/developer to build them. This is a long-term freelance position. You'll be paid a fixed rate per completed website and given consistent, recurring projects as we get more clients. What you'll build Each website targets the luxury custom home building market and must feel premium, bespoke, and conversion-focused. Sites follow a consistent framework but are never templated, each one is a fresh custom design. Typical site structure includes: - Homepage - About us - Multiple service pages - Location/area pages - Our process page - Portfolio / project gallery pages - Your responsibilities - Set up WordPress and Elementor Pro from scratch for each new project - Design a custom homepage first, share for review, then build out all remaining pages - Write all website copy using AI tools - we provide the prompts, you run them and integrate the copy into the design - Build with on-page SEO best practices throughout (proper heading hierarchy, meta setup, image optimization, URL structure, etc.) - Apply Elementor Pro animations and motion effects to create polished, high-end interactions - Follow our provided SOP covering the core components and sections required across all pages - Deliver fully complete, launch-ready websites Who we're looking for Someone who has a portfolio showing high-end, custom WordPress websites - ideally in real estate, construction, or luxury service industries Expert-level Elementor Pro skills including advanced animations, scroll effects, and custom layouts A genuine eye for design - you understand typography, whitespace, hierarchy, and what makes a luxury brand feel premium Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals (not an SEO specialist, but confidently builds SEO-friendly sites) Comfortable using AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) with provided prompts to generate and place copy Reliable communicator - able to hit deadlines and provide progress updates at key stages Available for consistent, recurring projects as we grow Self-sufficient end-to-end - you handle everything from setup to final polish without needing hand-holding Skills & tools WordPress · Elementor Pro · Custom web design · On-page SEO · AI copywriting tools · Animations & motion · Mobile responsive Compensation & structure Rate structure: Fixed rate per site Engagement type: Long-term, recurring Rate is fixed and agreed upfront. As our agency grows, so does the amount of projects we give you. This is designed to be a reliable, consistent income stream for the right person.
