We offer services such as marketing & growth strategy, web design and development, and targeted digital marketing. We are seeking a strategic Marketing Specialist to join our agency team on a contract basis. This role supports multiple client accounts and requires proven expertise in Google and Meta advertising: from strategy development through execution, optimization, and reporting. The ideal candidate excels at understanding client objectives, translating them into data-driven campaign strategies, and managing the full lifecycle of paid advertising campaigns. You're comfortable working in a dynamic agency environment where priorities shift, and delivering measurable results is what matters. Responsibilities Paid Advertising Strategy & Execution Consult with the team to understand client's business goals, target audiences, and success metrics Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with client objectives Set up, configure, and launch campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms Build audience segments, select targeting parameters, and establish bidding strategies Create compelling ad copy and develop ad concepts (design support available) Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid optimization to maximize ROI Campaign Optimization & Performance Management Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimization decisions Conduct ongoing A/B testing of ad creative, copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Adjust campaigns proactively based on performance metrics and client goals Ensure proper conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and tagging accuracy Full-Funnel Marketing (Bonus) Design and implement post-conversion email drip campaigns and marketing automation sequences Build lead nurturing workflows that move prospects through the customer journey Integrate paid advertising efforts with CRM and email marketing platforms Develop retargeting strategies based on user behavior and funnel stage Reporting & Communication Prepare clear, actionable performance reports for clients and internal teams Present campaign results, insights, and optimization recommendations Participate in team calls and strategy sessions as needed Translate complex data into meaningful business insights Agency Collaboration Work closely with account management, creative, and development teams Communicate creative needs effectively to our in-house designer Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills Qualifications Required: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid advertising strategies Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience writing high-performing ad copy and developing creative concepts Deep understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, and bidding strategies Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and attribution Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Agency experience or managing multiple client accounts Preferred Qualifications: Experience with email marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.) Knowledge of full-funnel marketing and lead nurturing strategies Familiarity with CRM integration and marketing automation workflows Understanding of conversion rate optimization and landing page best practices Experience with eCommerce advertising and retargeting Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint Contract Details Flexible hours based on client and project needs Remote work environment; Eastern Standard Time What we're really looking for: Someone who can own the paid advertising strategy from discovery to delivery. You understand what the client wants to achieve, build a smart campaign strategy, set it up correctly in the platforms, write compelling ads, and continuously optimize for better results. If you can also build out the post-click experience with email automation and lead nurturing, even better.
