# Brand Manager / Creator Success Manager / Recruiter (Remote) We are hiring a highly motivated Brand Manager / Recruiter to help grow and support online creator brands and digital personalities. This role combines outreach, relationship management, customer engagement, sales support, recruiting, and account growth. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating online, organized, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced internet-based business. ## Responsibilities * Recruit and onboard new creators and brand partners * Manage creator relationships and day-to-day communication * Handle inbound and outbound messaging * Support customer engagement and retention * Help grow audience engagement and revenue opportunities * Coordinate scheduling, promotions, and content planning * Train and assist junior chat/support staff as the team scales * Track leads, conversations, and performance metrics * Maintain professional, friendly, high-conversion communication ## Ideal Candidate * Strong English communication skills * Experience in sales, recruiting, lead generation, customer support, or account management * Comfortable chatting with customers online for extended periods * Highly organized and responsive * Understands internet culture, social media, and digital branding * Can work independently without constant supervision * Bonus if you have experience with creator brands, influencer marketing, subscription platforms, online communities, or fan engagement businesses ## Compensation * Starting pay: $3/hr (offshore rate) * Performance bonuses available * Revenue-sharing and growth incentives possible for strong performers * Opportunity to move into team leadership and management roles ## Schedule * Remote position * Flexible scheduling preferred * Long-term opportunity for the right person ## To Apply Please send: 1.
