Scrape Tax Data from Website

We need a data extraction project completed. We are trying to do an analysis of taxes to the city for a Board that I am a member of. It would be great to have in Access database tables. We also want PDF versions of each tax year. Here are the specifications: ** The community is Brentwood, Missouri 63144. ** There are 1,425 addresses in the community. ** The county assessor site is: https://revenue.stlouisco.com/RealEstate/searchinput.aspx ** The attached spreadsheet gives all addresses in the column D. ** Our BFAccount unique identifier in in Column A. ** We want all these columns in the access table. To get to the right place.. For example, I am using one address. ** Use this link: https://revenue.stlouisco.com/RealEstate/searchinput.aspx ** Search by Property Address.. For example, 1727 Blue Jay **You will get Locator # 20K140694 for Stephanie Bass. ** Click the link. You get the Ownership and Assessment screen. ** Click the Tax Info & Receipt button ** You'll see the Payment History, which shows payments from 2012 to 2025. We need all this. ** For eample, you click the 2025. You'll see a tax table with how the $3,025.46 breakdown is. ** We want ALL DATA! I am happy to do a Zoom session to explain once we select the contractor. I need it done fast, 100% accuracy and at a reasonable cost. We will have other small data items for this community coming also. Here is the deliverable we are looking for: ** We need it completed by May 28th at the latest. The sooner the better! ** We need a data table that shows: --Locator # --Owner Name --all the tax table info back to 2012 -we want all the possible tax data! --we want accompanying PDFs for all years.
