We’re looking for a reliable Upwork Virtual Assistant to help grow our agency by finding relevant job opportunities, submitting tailored proposals, and managing outreach on our behalf. The role includes identifying high-quality leads, bidding/applying to suitable Upwork jobs, tracking responses, following up with prospects, and helping optimize our Upwork profiles to improve visibility, credibility, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate has experience with Upwork lead generation, proposal writing, profile optimisation, and CRM/spreadsheet tracking. Strong English, attention to detail, and the ability to write personalized, compelling proposals are essential.
